type all commands you want in your rc script then type

makerc handler_http.rc

Then to run script on msf startup

Code:
msfconsole -r handler_http.rc


Pu the rc file in following location

/usr/share/metasploit-framework/scripts/resource

sudo cp *.rc /usr/share/metasploit-framework/scripts/resource
