1st goto settings about make sure latest software update installed! (2.0.1)

2. alldroid.org download droid_superuser.zip

3 plug usb into phone and pc enable network on phone side

4. copy file.zip renamed to update.zip to phone

5. turn off phone, now turn phone on holding x button and press power

6. volume plus and camera button to get to menu

7. apply update.zip file

8. now reboot system
