Open Fallout4Prefs.ini



Scroll down until you see these lines



iSize H=



iSize W=



Change these to say
iSize H=1080



iSize W=1920



Just above it, change the lines that say



bBorderless=



bFull Screen=



to



bBorderless=1



bFull Screen=0



[b]720P FIX[/b]
Change your desktop resolution to 1280x720



Then change



iSize H=720



iSize W=1080

(You may need to combine some code with your own resolution settings and customize it!)
